which was the birth place of Sir Isaac
Newton.
There is also a Science Discovery Centre housing various hands on
experiments for all ages.
Discover how a 17th century scientist helped man reach the moon, why his
work is still important today, and what are the laws of motion.
You will also see a descendant of the famous apple tree that led to
discoveries about gravity.
Carry on to visit the other National Trust properties in Grantham, or
cut across to
Cotgrave through pleasant countryside and visit the little tearoom
next to Costcutter and
Cotgrave country park which is delightful.
