Elvaston Castle Country Park  Gardens

Elvaston castle is surrounded by over 200 acres of wood, parkland and formal gardens. The castle is a Gothic Revival masterpiece, designed in the early 1800`s. You can`t visit the house, but there is a little tearoom and shop. The real attraction is the Park, which incorporates a lake, picnic areas, children`s play areas and gardens.
